How are you, you ask me, and I say: I was fine last time I looked.
You probably think I’m joking, but I’m dead serious – you see, the answer is deep inside me, and I can’t keep looking in there all the time or I’ll get nothing done. And I don’t think you actually want to hang around whilst I go looking in there right now – it can take a while, and it can be messy.
I think it’s because I’m an introvert.
I totally feel the same way as you, but I know other introverts who are always completely in tune with how they are feeling (but who, being introverts, will only divulge that information to those they trust and who ask.)
I don’t know if it’s an introvert-and-intuitive thing, then? Or a matter of which functions (feeling, thinking, sensing, intuition) are introverted and which are extraverted?
I resonated with this so much I broke out into joyful laughter!
Only a true introvert understands.
