I learned that a long time ago, same way as you probably – BUT, try it with milk [in a tupperware cup with a lid on] .. coffee flavoured milkshake.. even better, coffee, a few ounces of milk then beat into vanilla icecream and refreeze it ..

sounds yummy… isn't it a shame I'm back to low carb as of today… ice cream was last week…
