neat trick, I thought. ask me what helps me to de-stress and then you can tell me how to de-stress. why not.
and then of course I’m faced, as so often happens, with a desire to tick all the options:
- Reading a good book
- Watching a movie
- Taking a nap
- Getting out and doing something
- Venting to a friend
- Having a few minutes of quiet
how am I supposed to pick just one out of all those?
and why don’t they list eating a whole tub of Ben & Jerry’s cookie dough ice cream?
