  1. argh not the way they make in in England…I make it with the meat juices, a little wine to 'deglaze' the pan a little cream and some chopped fresh mint!whole roast garlic is wonderful but you must use new crop garlic before the green shoots start developing in the cloves….it is the green shoot that makes your breath smell BTW
